Refund & Returns Policy

At Soqara every order is packed with care. If something is not right with your order we want to make it right. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Our Promise

We stand behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on our website, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will always try to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

2. When You Can Return

We accept returns in the following situations only:

  • The product arrived physically damaged or broken
  • The product is defective or does not function as described
  • The wrong product was delivered — different from what you ordered
  • The product is significantly different in appearance from the website photos

3. When We Do Not Accept Returns

We are unable to accept returns in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product
  • The product has been used, washed or assembled
  • The product has been damaged after delivery due to mishandling
  • The return request is made more than 7 days after delivery
  • Minor color variations due to screen display settings — these are not defects
  • Minor size variations of up to 5% for handmade or handcrafted items — these are not defects

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Send clear photos or a video clearly showing the damage or issue
  3. Include your order number in the message
  4. Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours
  5. If your return is approved we will provide instructions for sending the product back
  6. Do not send any product back without first receiving written approval from us

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error — wrong product sent, damaged item, or defective product — we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other approved reason the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase

7. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement of the same product if it is available in stock. If the product is out of stock at the time of your return request we will process a full refund instead.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges for change of mind. Exchanges are only available if the original product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. In this case you may exchange for the same product or a product of equal value subject to availability.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
  • Customized or personalized products made to your specifications
  • Products that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Fragile items that were delivered intact and undamaged
