A: You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make any changes. Once dispatched we cannot cancel the order.

A: There is no minimum order requirement. You can order even a single item and we will deliver it to you.
A: We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala and many more. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
A: Standard delivery within major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery to other cities and remote areas may take 5 to 8 business days. Please note that during sale periods or holidays delivery may take slightly longer.
