We know you are excited about your Soqara order and want to know exactly where it is. Here is everything you need to know about tracking your delivery.

How to Track Your Order

1 After your order is dispatched you will receive a WhatsApp message from Soqara with your tracking number and the courier company name.
2 Visit the courier company’s website and enter your tracking number in their tracking tool to see the real-time status of your delivery.
3 You can also enter your Soqara order number in the Track My Order field on this page to check your order status directly.
4 If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us on WhatsApp immediately.

Delivery Timeframes (Pakistan)

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad 3 to 5 business days from dispatch
Other major cities 4 to 6 business days from dispatch
Smaller towns & rural areas 5 to 8 business days from dispatch.
Express delivery 1 to 2 business days — available in select cities

My Order Is Late — What Should I Do?

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please follow these steps:

  1. Check your tracking number on the courier’s website for the latest update
  2. Make sure your phone was reachable — the courier may have tried to call
  3. Check with neighbours or the building security in case the parcel was left with them
  4. If there is still no update contact us on WhatsApp with your order number
  5. We will follow up with the courier immediately and update you within 24 hours

 

My Order Shows Delivered But I Did Not Receive It

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it please contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery date. We will raise a complaint with the courier and investigate. Please also check with anyone else at your address and neighbouring units in case the parcel was received on your behalf.
