At Soqara we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you agree to the terms outlined below.
We currently deliver across Pakistan. This includes all major cities and most smaller towns and rural areas. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability. If delivery is not available to your specific area we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location, the weight and size of your order, and the delivery speed selected. The exact delivery fee will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders processing begins immediately after order placement. You will receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is dispatched along with tracking information where available.
Once your order is dispatched we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to follow your delivery. You can also visit our Track My Order page on soqara.com and enter your order number to check your delivery status.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery during standard business hours. If you are not available at the time of delivery the courier will attempt delivery a second time. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts the parcel will be returned to Soqara. A re-delivery fee may apply for returned orders. Please ensure your contact number is correct and your phone is reachable on the expected delivery day.
In the rare event that your order is damaged during delivery please take clear photos or a video of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon opening the parcel. Send this to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Do not return the parcel to the courier without contacting us first. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control including courier issues, extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or high demand periods. We will notify you of any significant delays via WhatsApp. Soqara is not liable for losses resulting from delivery delays.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Soqara is not responsible for failed deliveries or lost orders due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address please contact us on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.
